You might look like you have it all together on the surface, but underneath it feels like constant motion; anxiety, overwhelm, and being “on” all the time. Like waves that never fully settle, you keep pushing through, holding everything together for others, even when you’re exhausted.
I work with adolescents and adults, especially high-achievers, caregivers, and people-pleasers who are ready to slow the current, set boundaries, and create a more balanced and sustainable way of living. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, pressure, and self-doubt, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and steady.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive. I draw on my background in education, program development, and child development to tailor therapy to your unique needs and lived experience. Sessions with me are a space where you don’t have to perform; you can simply show up as you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What should I expect in our first session?
The first session is a gentle introduction. We’ll talk about what’s been on your mind and see how we can best support your journey in a pressure-free environment.
How do I know if it’s time to seek support?
If life’s waves feel a bit too high or the overwhelm is lasting longer than usual, it might be time. Reaching out is a sign of resilience, not weakness.
How long are sessions and can I meet online?
Virtual sessions are typically 50 or 80 minutes long. There is also the option for walk-and-talk therapy located in Brockville Ontario.
Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fees?
Limited sliding scale spots may be available. Please reach out directly to discuss current availability.
